Before you book an appointment:

1. Appointments can only be scheduled 4 weeks in advance. Therefore, please try the system on a daily basis.

2. You can book appointments up to 4 weeks in advance only. If no available appointments are shown, please

    try again the next days. Due to the lockdown we can offer appointments only in limited quantity.

3. Close family members can collect up to 2 passports in one appointment.
