Before you book an appointment:

1. Appontments can only be scheduled 4 weeks in advance. Therefore, please try the system on a daily basis.
2. One appointment allows for one application - each family member needs their own appointment.
3. If you wish to launch more than one application, e.g. apply for a passport and ID-card, you need two appointments.

4. Read the information on how to apply for a passport and the list of required documents on our website at www.southafrica.diplo.de
    Even if you have had a German passport before, all listed documents must be presented in the original.

We offer appointments on Tuesday afternoons that are primarily for families with school-going children.
