You can only book an apppointment for the legalisations of documents, the certification of copies or other certifications.

If you are acting for another person, please provide a power of attory,  a copy of the passport and the German residence permit (if applicable) from this person.

Each applicant needs an appointment. The appointment has to be booked for the owner of the documents. Access will be denied if there is a different name, wrong spelling or false information in the system. Please make sure, all data are correct!

Documents can be handed in during the appointment at our gate. Collection will be Wednesdays only (you leave the documents on a Wednesday or Friday and can collect them on the Wednesday of the following week).

It is not possible to submit documents from several applicants.

It is not possible to sign a declaration of commitment (to sponsor a student).
