You can only book an apppointment for the legalisations of documents or the certification of copies.

If you are acting for another person, please provide a power of attory,  a copy of the passport and the German residence permit (if applicable) from this person  .

Each applicant needs an appointment. The appointment has to be booked for the owner of the documents. Access will be denied if there is a different name, wrong spelling or false information in the system. Please make sure, all data are correct!

It is not possible to submit documents from different applicants.

It is not possible to sign a declaration of commitment (to sponsor a student).
