Welcome to the Embassy's online appointment system.

You need an appointment to apply for a passport or identity card. Thanks to the appointment system, the embassy is able to guarantee regulated and orderly public traffic at all times. This gives you the advantage of being able to book an appointment that suits you and you have a fixed appointment at the embassy without long waiting times.

 Families please book an appointment for each person. If you would like to submit an application for a birth certificate and/or name declaration at the same time as you apply for a passport, please book an additional appointment.

Incomplete applications cannot be accepted, the application will be rejected free of charge and a new appointment will have to be made. Please only book an appointment if you expect to be able to keep it. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel it. This will help us to schedule appointments so that we can offer all customers appointments that are as timely as possible. Depending on the seasonally high demand, it can happen that appointments are already fully booked or have to be booked longer in advance.

You must come to the embassy in person on the booked appointment. Minors must be accompanied by both legal guardians. Please prepare your application documents carefully.
