PLEASE NOTE:

The available appointments here represent the current capacity of the visa office. Appointments are offered according to available capacity. If no appointments are visible, the available appointments are fully booked, please try again at a later date.

 

Here you can make an appointment to apply for a long-term visa (national visa, stay longer than 90 days) for the following purposes of stay:

Family Reunion (Spousal, Children, Parents, others)

 

Please note the following information for making an appointment:

1. All applicant's information must be entered the same as in the passport in latin letters.

2. A separate appointment must be made electronically for each applicant.

3. Earlier appointments than suggested are not possible.

4. Multiple appointment bookings for the same person will be automatically deleted. Incomplete appointment bookings will also be deleted automatically.

5. The e-mail address to be entered must be valid! You will receive the confirmation of your appointment to the specified e-mail. You must bring a printout of this e-mail with you to the visa application office. Without confirmation e-mail, the appointment cannot attended.

6. You will usually receive the confirmation e-mail within two hours.

7. Please submit only complete visa applications.
