For the following services, you may appear without appointment at the following opening hours (Mo - Thu, 8.30 - 11.15 am); in the waiting room please print yourself a waiting number at the automatic teller:

• German certificate of good conduct (Führungszeugnis)
• picking up German passports and German identity cards as well as of certificates that are ready to be picked-up  - please read the prior received mail of the Consulate General, (additionaly to our regular opening hours, a.m. German documents can be picked up on monday, 13.00 - 14.00 h) 
• change of residence in German passports and German identity cards, change of pin in German identity cards
• Consular certificates (life certificates for German pension authorities (Lebensbescheinigung), cross-border certificate (Grenzüberschrittsbescheinigung), etc.)
• certified copies for the use in German jurisdiction
