To conduct a signature authentication, you need an appointment.
Appointments can no longer be booked independently!

Please send us your request and documents in advance by email in German or English to konsulat@shen.diplo.de.
Once your request has been reviewed, we will arrange an appointment with you directly.

To conduct a signature authentication, the following documents must usually be presented:

• A valid passport or German ID card (Chinese ID card is not sufficient)

• The declaration to be signed

• Documents related to the underlying legal transaction (for authorization declarations, this includes a copy of the contract to be authorized; for powers of attorney, the draft of the contract to be notarized; for commercial register applications, copies of the relevant resolutions of the company, the notarized articles of incorporation, and the commercial register extract; for declarations of commitment, documents related to financial standing).

Further information on signature authentication:
Signers without sufficient knowledge of German must provide a translation into Chinese.
English translations are sufficient if the consular officer is convinced that the applicant has an adequate command of English.

A fixed fee of 56.43 EUR is charged for each signature authentication.
Fees can only be paid in RMB in cash or by an international credit card (Mastercard or Visa) authorized for Euro payments.

Important:
Signature authentications or identity checks for banks (except for blocked account openings) are not possible due to conflicting legal regulations (Money Laundering Act).

请将您的请求和相关文件提前以德语或英语通过电子邮件发送至 konsulat@shen.diplo.de 。
一旦您的请求经过我们审核，我们将直接与您约定一个预约时间。

办理签名公证，通常需要提交如下材料：

• 有效护照或者德国身份证（不能仅使用中国身份证）
• 要签署的声明
• 关于所涉法律行为的证明材料。若属于批准声明，须提供有待批准的合同复印件；若属于委托书，须提供有待公证的草拟合同；若属于工商注册，须提交公司的相关决议、经公证的公司成立文件或工商登记摘要的复印件；若属于经济担保函，须提供财力证明资料。

有关签名认证的更多信息 :
如果签字人德语能力不足，则必须附声明的中文译文。如果签字人的英语水平被领事官员认可，也可出示英文翻译件。

每份签名公证费用为56,43欧元，只能以人民币现金缴纳或用已开通欧元支付功能的国际信用卡（万事达卡或维萨卡）进行支付。

重要提示:
根据相关法律规定（反洗钱法），不予办理银行业务所需的签名公证或身份核实（开设限制提款帐户除外）。
