Here you can book an appointment for a national visa (duration of stay in Germany longer than 90 days) for the following purposes of stay:

• Study (NOT PhD-students)
• Study application
• German language course
• School attendance (generally only possible from grade 9 or higher)

Please note the following information on booking appointments: 

• All information about the applicant must be entered in the same way as in the passport in letters without Chinese characters
• A separate appointment must be made for each applicant
• Earlier appointments than suggested in each case are not possible
• Multiple appointment bookings for the same person will be automatically deleted. Incomplete appointment bookings will be deleted automatically
• The e-mail address must be valid! You will receive the confirmation of your appointment to the given e-mail. You must bring a printout of this e-mail with you to the visa application office. Without confirmation the appointment can not be kept.
• You will receive a confirmation e-mail within two hours
• Incomplete visa applications will not be accepted at the counter, but will be rejected free of charge.

请注意以下关于预约的信息:

• 签证申请人的所有个人信息必须以护照为准且用英文字母输入
• 系统自动为每个签证申请人生成一个预约号
• 预约日期按系统所提示的日期输入，输入的日期不得早于系统所提示日期
• 每个签证申请人只能预约一次，重复预约会导致系统删除该签证申请人预约的所有记录.预约时输入的信息必须完整，否则系统会自动删除信息输入不完整的预约
• 输入的电子邮件地址必须正确有效！预约成功后，本馆会回复签证申请人一封确认邮件，告知预约日期，该确认邮件为预约成功的凭证，签证申请人 必须打印该邮件并在面签时随身携带，否则会视为预约无效
• 最迟两小时后您会收到本馆发给您的确认邮件 
• 签证申请资料不全不予受理；退签免费，若签证申请人需再次提交申请，必须重新预约
