On this website, you can register on the waiting list for an appointment to submit a visa application for the subsequent immigration of a family member to join an individual who has been granted subsidiary protection in Germany.

Please note that a registration is only possible once the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) has granted subsidiary protection to the sponsor. You must therefore state the date and file number of the notification that the BAMF sent to the sponsor in Germany. Please ask the sponsor for this information. If you enter an incorrect date or file number, your registration will be cancelled and you will have to register again once you are able to provide this information.

Important: Each applicant can only be registered once. Duplicate registrations will be deleted. The choice of German mission is binding.

Please select the German mission (embassy or consulate general) that you will be applying at. In general, this will be the German mission at your place of residence. A separate registration for each applicant is required. Families will be identified by their respective reference person (sponsor) in Germany. All family members will get a joint appointment for the same time.

Please fill out all fields in Latin script only and make sure that all of the details provided, especially the passport number, is correct. Otherwise you may not be granted access to the embassy or consulate general for your appointment.

In particular, make sure that you enter your email address correctly; otherwise you will not receive a registration confirmation. This email address must remain in use up until and including the day of the appointment. You must have access to it, or else you will not receive the appointment notification and other notifications. Also, check the spam settings of your inbox in order to make sure that incoming emails are not automatically deleted, whereby notifications would be lost.

Further information on the required documentation is available via the website of the competent German mission at your place of residence.

After successful registration, you will receive two separate emails:

a) a first message within app. 30 minutes of your registration that includes your booking number, and

b) a second message as soon as your appointment date has been confirmed, with the exact date and time of your appointment.

In case you need to cross one or more international borders to submit your application at the selected German mission, we strongly advise that you familiarise yourself beforehand with all potential entry requirements of those countries.

يرجى تعبئة جميع الخانات بالأحرف اللاتينية حصريا، كما يرجى ضمان صحة جميع البيانات، خاصة رقم جواز السفر، وإلا فلن تتمكنوا من الدخول لموعدكم.

يرجى الحرص على كتابة عنوان البريد الإلكتروني بشكل صحيح تماما، وإلا فلن يصلكم تأكيد التسجيل. ويجب أن يبقى عنوان البريد الإلكتروني قائما لحين التوجه إلى الموعد، كما يجب أن يكون باستطاعتكم الولوج إليه، وإلا فلن يصلكم إشعار الموعد وأي إشعارات أخرى. يرجى أيضا التحقق من البريد الوارد وكذلك البريد العشوائي/ غير المرغوب فيه (Spam/ Junk). من المفضل ضبط إعدادات البريد بحيث لا يتم محو الرسائل الواردة في البريد العشوائي بشكل تلقائي لضمان عدم ضياع الإشعارات.
