Please be advised that you will see the earliest possible appointments in the system.

Filing an application is only possible in person and after you have booked an appointment on our website www.tallinn.diplo.de  

Please do only book an appointment, if you have read the relevant information and have already completed  all your necessary documents. You will find information about the documents on our website www.tallinn.diplo.de or on the website of the German Embassy in your home country.

 

Bring your visa application form completely filled with you, as well as your biometric passport photographs and all necessary documents in original and two copies.

In case you have not all documentation ready, you will not be able to apply and have to book a new appointment.

 

Each person needs an appointment, so if you want to submit two applications, you need two appointments.

 

You will receive a confirmation of your booked appointment by email. Please bring it with you. You will not get access to the Embassy without it.

 

Please be there in time for the start of your appointment. If you are late, we cannot process your application.

In case that there are multiple appointments booked, we reserve the right, to cancel appointments without prior notice.
