Welcome to the Online appointment booking system of the German Embassy! 

 

Here you can book an appointment for consular certificates, certification of signatures, fotocopies and counselling for matters of inheritance, nationality and family law.

Kindly ONLY book an appointment once you have all the relevant documents ready and clarified any questions with the German Embassy in Tallinn via e-mail/phone.

Notice:

The appointment booking system is free of charge, only the fees for the official action must be paid. The booking options are the same for all customers. Agents or agencies have no special access to our appointment system.

 

The booking confirmation will be send to the given email address. Please make sure that this email address remains the same until the appointment is made.  If your email adress changes, you must cancel the existing booking using this link and book a new appointment using the current email adress.

 

Please make sure that you enter all required data completely and correctly. Subsequent corrections are not possible, neither by you nor by the embassy.
