Dear Sir or Madam,

on the following pages you can register for an appointment to apply for a long term visa for an Adjustment training course or employment for physicians (for stays over 90 days).

A booking in this category is only permitted if you already have the required documents listed on our website.

Important note for people with Afghan nationality: Booking an appointment in this category is only permitted if you have been in Iran for at least six months at the time of the personal visit. Proof must be provided by showing an Iranian entry stamp in the passport. 

Afghan applicants residing in Afghanistan must register via the Kabul Embassy’s appointment system (“Tehran” can be selected as the desired application location).

If you do not meet the necessary requirements for an appointment booking in this category at the time of appointment, your visa application will not be accepted.

While entering your data, please note the following:

• NEW: Children under 18 years of age (minors) need a separate appointment
• All information must be entered in Latin letters.
• Please enter all your data correctly and without any mistakes, as you will only be admitted to the Visa Section of the Embassy if your name and passport number exactly match the information in our system.
• Your passport number must be entered in capital letters and numbers, e.g. A1234567. The passport number can be found on the upper right corner of the bio data page of your passport.
• If you are an Afghan national, please take note of this information sheet and the necessity of the verification of your documents
• Please make sure to enter your email address correctly (example: name@domain.com, no www in front of the email address!), otherwise you will receive neither the confirmation email nor the appointment email! If you haven't received the confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder.

After successfully booking an appointment, you will receive an email within 30 minutes with the date and time of your appointment as well as a confirmation and a cancellation link.

خانم‌ها و آقایان محترم

در صفحات آتی می‌توانید برای دوره آموزش تطبیقی یا پذیرش شغلی پزشکان درخواست نوبت مصاحبه برای روادید نمایید.

فقط اگر همه‌ی مدارکی که در برگه‌ی راهنمای مربوطه ذکر شده‌اند را در اختیار دارید، مجازید در این قسمت ثبت‌نام کنید.

تذکر مهم برای اتباع افغانستان: رزرو نوبت در این قسمت تنها زمانی مجاز است که در زمان مصاحبه، بطور کامل حداقل شش ماه از حضور و اقامت شما در ایران گذشته باشد. مهر ورود به ایران که در گذرنامه‌ی شما ثبت شده، گواه این موضوع خواهد بود و باید آن را نشان دهید.

آن دسته از متقاضیان افغانستانی که در افغانستان زندگی می‌کنند، باید از طریق سامانه‌ی نوبت‌دهی سفارت آلمان در کابل ثبت نام نمایند (به عنوان محل ارائه‌ی درخواست می‌توانید "تهران" را انتخاب نمایید. اطلاعات تکمیلی در وب سایت ذیل در دسترس شما قرار دارد:

اگر در زمان مصاحبه مشخص شد که شرایط لازم برای رزرو نوبت را نداشته‌اید، درخواست روادید شما تحویل گرفته نخواهد شد.

 

هنگامی که اطلاعات خود را وارد می‌کنید به موارد ذیل توجه فرمایید:

• برای همه متقاضیان، یعنی برای هر فردی هم که زیر سن قانونی‌ست (زیر 18 سال) باید رزرو وقت صورت پذیرد.
•  تمام اطلاعات باید فقط با حروف لاتین ثبت گردد.
•  ضروری است که اطلاعات خود را به درستی و بدون اشتباه وارد کنید، زیرا ورود به بخش روادید تنها در صورتی امکان پذیر است که نام و اطلاعات گذرنامه خود را دقیقاً ثبت کرده باشید.
• شماره گذرنامه‌ی شما باید با حروف بزرگ و اعداد وارد گردد، به عنوان مثال A1234567. شماره گذرنامه در سمت راست بالای صفحه بیومتریک پاسپورت قرار دارد.
• از متقاضیان افغانستانی درخواست می‌گردد که به برگه راهنمای مربوطه و نیز ضرورت بررسی مدارک توجه نمایند.
• لطفاً اطمینان حاصل نمایید که آدرس ایمیل خود را به درستی وارد کرده‌اید (برای مثال: name@domain.com، بدون www در جلوی آدرس ایمیل!)، در غیر این صورت ایمیل تأییدیه درخصوص ثبت‌نام و سپس ایمیلی درخصوص نوبت وقت دریافت نخواهید کرد! لطفاً این مسئله را بررسی نمایید که شاید تأییدیه نوبت وقت شما در قسمت Spam ویا Junk ایمیل آمده باشد.

 

پس از رزرو موفقیت آمیز نوبت وقت، در عرض 30 دقیقه یک ایمیل با اعلام تاریخ و زمان نوبت وقت و همچنین یک لینک تأیید و لغو دریافت خواهید کرد.
