Dear Sir or Madam,

On the next page you can register on the waiting list for appointments to apply for a visa for study. Please only register for an appointment if you already have all the documents supporting your application, as appointments can be allocated at very short notice.

Please note that appointment registration is only possible after prior payment of a booking fee via the external service provider Visametric. The booking fee will be refunded to you when you submit your application. The necessary instructions for payment of the booking fee can be found on the website of the external service provider Visametric.

If you wish to move to Germany with your family members, they must register on the waiting list for family reunification. Registration on this waiting list is not permitted.

Important note for people with Afghan nationality: Registration in this appointment category is only permitted if you have been in Iran for at least six months at the time of the personal visit.
Afghan applicants residing in Afghanistan must register via the Kabul Embassy’s appointment system (“Tehran” can be selected as the desired application location).

After successful registration, you will shortly receive an email confirming your entry on the waiting list.

Please also check your spam / junk folder. The setting in the junk / spam folder should therefore not immediately destroy mails received there.

You will receive a notification with the exact data for your application date in a separate email from the external service provider Visametric at a later stage. Due to the high demand, no information can be given regarding the waiting time. Please note that visa applications are only submitted to the external service provider Visametric. Please make sure that you personally have access to the e-mail address given in the waiting list and that this e-mail address exists until the appointment is made. If you change your e-mail address after registering on the waiting list, you will unfortunately have to cancel your existing entry and register again. Make sure that the e-mail address is entered correctly, otherwise you will not receive a confirmation e-mail about the registration and then no notification about the appointment!

It is essential that you enter your data correctly in the waiting list, as admission to the appointment will only be granted if the name and passport data match exactly.

توجه: برای ثبت‌نام جهت دریافت نوبت، باید مبلغی پرداخت نمایید که البته این مبلغ به شما عودت داده خواهد شد. نکات مهم درخصوص پرداخت هزینه‌ی رزرو نوبت در وب‌سایت ویزامتریک آمده است. جهت رزرو نوبت و اعطای نوبت، تنها برای آن دسته از پرداخت‌هایی که از تاریخ 2/9/1402 به حساب مربوطه واریز شده‌ باشند، انجام خواهد گرفت. اگر پیش از دوم آذر 1402 و بر اساس سامانه‌ی قبلی نوبت‌دهی مبلغی واریز نموده‌اید، برای دریافت این مبلغ با شرکت ویزامتریک تماس بگیرید. چنانچه اطلاعات گذرنامه، آدرس ایمیل یا نام خود را اشتباه وارد کرده باشید، باید آن را  لغو کرده و مجدداً در لیستِ انتظار ثبت نام نمایید.

 

خانم‌ها و آقایان محترم،

در صفحه‌ی بعد می‌توانید در فهرست انتظار نوبت، جهت درخواست روادید اقامت تحصیلی ثبت‌نام نمایید. از آنجا که اعطای نوبت ممکن است خیلی سریع انجام ‌شود، لطفاً فقط درصورتیکه همه‌ی مدارک مربوط به درخواست‌تان را آماده کرده‌اید، اقدام به ثبت‌نام نمایید.

لطفاً عنایت داشته باشید که ثبت‎نام برای نوبت، فقط پس از پرداخت هزینه‌ی رزرو نوبت از طریق ویزامتریک امکان‌پذیر است. روزی که درخواست روادید خود را ارائه کنید، این هزینه به شما عودت داده خواهد شد. اطلاعات بیشتر درخصوص تسویه‌ی رزرو نوبت را در وبسایت ویزامتریک مطالعه نمایید.

اگر می‌خواهید با اعضای خانواده‌تان به آلمان بروید، آنها باید در فهرست انتظار مربوط به پیوست به خانواده ثبت‌نام کنید. ثبت‌نام برای اعضای خانواده در بخشِ حاضر مجاز نمی‌باشد.

 

تذکر مهم برای اتباع افغانستانی: ثبت‌نام برای متقاضیان در این بخش تنها درصورتی مجاز می‎باشد که در زمان ثبت‌نام، حداقل شش ماه از اقامت متقاضی در ایران گذشته باشد. مدرکِ دال بر این موضوع، مهر ورود به ایران که در گذرنامه درج گردیده، می‌باشد.

اتباع افغانستانی مقیم افغانستان باید از طریق سامانه‌ی نوبت‌دهی سفارت آلمان در کابل نسبت به ثبت‌نام خود اقدام کنند ("تهران" را می‌توانند به‌عنوان محل ارائه‌ی درخواست خود انتخاب کنند). اطلاعات بیشتر را در این وب‌سایت ملاحظه فرمایید: سفارت آلمان در کابل: اقامت بلندمدت – بالای 90 روز

 

درصورتی که ثبت‌نام شما با موفقیت انجام شده باشد، پس از مدت کوتاهی یک ایمیل تأیید در ارتباط با ثبت‌نام‌ خود در لیست انتظار دریافت خواهید نمود.

لطفاً صندوق Spam/Junk ایمیل خود را هم چک کنید. صندوق Spam/Junk ایمیل‌تان را به گونه‌ای تنظیم کنید که ایمیل‌های ارسال‌شده به شما را فوراً پاک نکند و از بین نبرد.

اطلاع‌رسانی درخصوص زمان دقیق نوبت مصاحبه‌تان، متعاقباً به‌صورت جداگانه و از طریق ایمیلی که از طریق شرکت خدمات‌رسان ویزامتریک دریافت خواهید داشت، صورت خواهد پذیرفت. به علت تقاضای بالا، امکان اعلام‌نظر درخصوص مدت زمان انتظار مقدور نمی‌باشد. لطفاً توجه داشته باشید که ارائه درخواست روادید فقط نزد شرکت ویزامتریک انجام می‌گیرد. آدرس دقیق این شرکت را در اینجا مطالعه نمایید.

لطفاً دسترسی خود به آدرس ایمیلی که در زمان ثبت‌نام وارد کرده‌اید را تا روز مصاحبه حفظ نمایید. اگر آدرس ایمیل شما پس از انجام ثبت‌نام تغییر کند، باید ثبت‌نام خود را باطل و مجدداً برای ثبت‌نام اقدام نمایید. توجه داشته باشید که ایمیل خود را درست و بدون اشتباه وارد کنید، درغیراین‌صورت ایمیل تأیید درخصوص ثبت موفق اسم‌تان در لیست انتظار را دریافت نخواهید نمود و درنتیجه امکان اطلاع‌رسانی درباره زمان دقیق مصاحبه‌تان نیز وجود ندارد.

اطلاعات‌ خود را باید درست و بدون اشتباه در لیست انتظار وارد کنید، چرا که تنها درصورت تطابق داشتن اطلاعاتی که به سیستم داده‌اید با داده‌های گذرنامه‌تان اجازه ورود برای مصاحبه به شما داده خواهد شد.
