Attention: Legalisation is no longer required when applying for a student visa.

On the next page you can register on the waiting list for appointments for legalisation and certification of copies. More information regarding legalisation and certification of copies you can find on our website.

After successful registration, you will shortly receive an email confirming your entry on the waiting list.

Please also check your spam / junk folder. The setting in the junk / spam folder should therefore not immediately destroy mails received there.

You will receive a notification with the exact data for your appointment date in a separate email from the external service provider Visametric at a later stage. Due to the high demand, no information can be given regarding the waiting time. Please note that appointments are only submitted to the external service provider Visametric. You can find the exact address details here.

Please make sure that you personally have access to the e-mail address given in the waiting list and that this e-mail address exists until the appointment is made. If you change your e-mail address after registering on the waiting list, you will unfortunately have to cancel your existing entry and register again. Make sure that the e-mail address is entered correctly, otherwise you will not receive a confirmation e-mail about the registration and then no notification about the appointment!

It is essential that you enter your data correctly in the waiting list, as admission to the appointment will only be granted if the name and passport data match exactly.

Information for the selection box “Purpose of legalisation/ Certification of documents”

• Certification of documents for study purposes: Legalisations are generally not required for applications for a study place or a study visa. If you intend to apply for a study place in Germany, please select this category. You can apply for any necessary legalisations later in the process by registering again in the "Legalisation: Study place holders" category. If you have already received a request from your school/university in Germany to submit legalisations as well as certified copies when applying to study, please bring this written request with you to your appointment with VisaMetric. In this case, you can also submit documents for legalisation.
• Certification of documents for other purposes: Please select this category if you do not require legalisations and the required certifications of copies are not to be used for your university application.
• Legalisation: study place holders: Please only select this category if you have already been accepted by a German university and would like to have documents (e.g. civil status documents) legalised in preparation for your move to Germany.
• Visa: fast-track procedure for skilled workers: Please only select this category if you already have preliminary approval from a German Foreigners´Authority (ABH) or the Federal Employment Agency (BA) or have been informed by them that you already require legalisations for the application (please bring written proof to the appointment at VisaMetric). You may also select this category, if you fulfill the requirements of the so-called Blaue Karte (blue card) and are able supply proof during the appointment. Otherwise, please select the category "Visa: other".
• Visa: Family reunion: Please select this category if at least one of your family members has a valid residence permit for Germany, a valid visa for Germany or proof that a visa application has been submitted. If this is not the case, please select the category "Visa: other".
• Visa: Other: Select this category if you wish to come to Germany to take up employment outside the fast-track procedure for skilled workers. This also includes taking up vocational training, a recognition procedure for doctors or alike.

لیست انتظار نوبت برای تأیید مدارک

 

خانم‌ها و آقایان محترم،

در صفحه‌ی بعد می‌توانید در فهرست انتظار نوبت، جهت انجام پروسه‎ی جایگزینِ تصدیقِ مدارک و برای تأیید کپی برابر اصل از طریق سفارت ثبت نام نمایید. اطلاعات بیشتر در خصوص تصدیق مدارک و تأیید کپی را در صفحه‎ی اینترنتیِ ما مطالعه فرمایید.

 

درصورتی که ثبت‌نام شما با موفقیت انجام شده باشد، پس از مدت کوتاهی یک ایمیل تأیید در ارتباط با ثبت اسم‌تان در لیست انتظار دریافت خواهید نمود.

لطفاً پوشه Spam/Junk ایمیل خود را هم چک نمایید و ایمیل‌های وارده به این پوشه را فوراً پاک نکنید.

اطلاع‌رسانی درخصوص زمان دقیق نوبت مصاحبه‌تان، متعاقباً به‌صورت جداگانه و از طریق ایمیلی که از طریق شرکت خدمات‌رسان ویزامتریک دریافت خواهید داشت، صورت خواهد پذیرفت. به علت تقاضای بالا امکان اعلام‌نظر درخصوص مدت زمان انتظار مقدور نمی‌باشد. لطفاً توجه داشته باشید که مصاحبه‌ی شما فقط نزد شرکت خدمات‌رسان ویزامتریک انجام می‌گیرد. آدرس دقیق این شرکت را در اینجا مطالعه نمایید.

لطفاً دسترسی خود به آدرس ایمیلی که در زمان ثبت‌نام وارد کرده‌اید را تا روز مصاحبه حفظ نمایید. اگر آدرس ایمیل شما پس از انجام ثبت‌نام تغییر کند، باید ثبت‌نام خود را باطل و مجدداً برای ثبت‌نام اقدام نمایید. توجه داشته باشید که ایمیل خود را درست و بدون اشتباه وارد کنید، درغیراین‌صورت ایمیل تأیید درخصوص ثبت موفق اسم‌تان در لیست انتظار را دریافت نخواهید نمود و به‌تبع امکان اطلاع‌رسانی درباره‌ی زمان دقیق مصاحبه‌تان نیز وجود ندارد.

اطلاعات‌ خود را باید درست و بدون اشتباه در لیست انتظار وارد کنید، چرا که تنها درصورت تطابق داشتن اطلاعاتی که به سیستم داده‌اید با داده‌های گذرنامه‌تان اجازه ورود برای مصاحبه به شما داده خواهد شد.

• تأیید کپی برای محصلین دانشگاهی: متقاضیانی که در جستجوی محل تحصیل در دانشگاه‌  هستند و متقاضیان روادید تحصیلی علی‌القاعده نیازی به تأیید مدارک خود ندارند. اگر قصد دارید در آلمان به جستجوی دانشگاهی برای تحصیل بپردازید، این رسته را انتخاب کنید. اگر لازم شد که مدارک خود را به تأیید برسانید، می‌توانید در رسته‌ی "تأیید مدارک: محل تحصیل" ثبت‌نام خود را به عمل آورید. اگر از شما مدرسه یا دانشگاه‌تان در آلمان از شما درخواست کرده باشد که همراه با تأییدیه کپی‌ها، تصدیق مدارک خود را هم  در زمان درخواست تحصیل ارائه نمایید، این درخواست را روزی که در ویزامتریک نوبت گرفته‌اید، به‌صورت کتبی همراه با خود بیاورید. در این صورت می‌توانید مدارک‌تان را برای تصدیق تحویل دهید.

 

• تأیید کپی برای سایر موارد: اگر نیاز به تصدیق مدرک ندارید و تأییدیه مربوط به کپی مدارک قرار نیست تا برای درخواست تحصیلی استفاده ‌شود، این رسته را انتخاب کنید.

 

•  تصدیق مدارک: محل تحصیل: لطفاً اگر پذیرش تحصیلی از یک دانشگاه آلمانی دریافت کرده‌اید و در راستای مهاجرت‌تان به آلمان، می‌خواهید مدارک خود را (مدارک ثبت احوال) به تصدیق برسانید، این رسته را انتخاب کنید.

 

• روادید: روند تسریع‌یافته‌ی نیروی متخصص: اگر موافقت اولیه از اداره امور خارجیان (ABH) یا آژانس کاریابی فدرال (BA) دریافت نموده‌اید و به شما اطلاع داده‌اند که برای بررسی درخواست‌تان نیاز به تصدیق مدارک شما (درخواستِ کتبی آن‌ها را به ویزامتریک تحویل دهید) می‌باشد، این رسته را انتخاب کنید. درغیر این‌صورت رسته‌ی "روادید: سایر موارد" را انتخاب کنید.

 

• روادید: پیوست به خانواده: اگر حداقل یکی از اعضای خانواده‌تان داری کارت اقامت معتبر برای آلمان، روادید معتبر برای آلمان می‌باشد یا بتواند مدرکی دال بر ارائه‌ی درخواست روادید برای آلمان ارائه کند، این رسته را انتخاب نمایید. درغیر این‌صورت رسته‌ی "روادید: سایر موارد" را انتخاب نمایید.

 

• روادید: سایر موارد: اگر برای شروع به کار، خارج از روند تسریع‌شده برای نیروی کار متخصص قصد رفتن به آلمان را دارید، این رسته را انتخاب نمایید. شروع دوره آموزشی، روند تأیید پزشکی و موارد مشابه هم شامل این رسته می‌شود.

 

• ارائه مدارک نزد مقامات آلمان (مثلاً اداره ثبت احوال): اگر یکی از دادگاه‌های آلمان یا مقامات آلمان از شما تصدیق یا تأیید کپی مدرکی را خواسته باشند، این رسته را انتخاب و درخواستِ کتبیِ مربوطه را به ویزامتریک تحویل دهید.
