Appointment-System of the German Foreign Office — Tel Aviv

Please note that each appointment can be booked for a maximum of 4 persons visiting the German Embassy (this includes accompanying persons, who do not receive a certificate themselves, but have to be present, especially both parents for children under the age of 16). Persons whose presence is not required for the naturalization cannot be admitted. 

You will need to enter the following data:

- Your name and phone number (as contact person of the group)
- your complete file number at the German Embassy (i.e. RK 12.3456-67 or RK 512/1/family name_first name/1234 xy) and the date of the invitation email/ letter. You can find this data in the email/letter by which you were invited to make an appointment

- number of visitors (including both parents for children under the age of 16)

All data has to be entered in Latin letters. Please make sure you are stating your exact email address since the confirmation for your appointment will be sent by email. Upon arrival at the Embassy, you must present a print-out of the confirmation in order to attend the appointment.  
 
Our automated appointment system allows you to book an appointment of your choice: You are free to choose any appointment within the next four weeks. New appointments are opened in regular intervals.

 

Please note: If several bookings are made for the same person, we have to cancel all bookings without giving notice.

Under exceptional circumstances (e.g. soldiers, individuals with a disability), if no suitable appointment can be found, you can request a special appointment to receive your certificate. Please contact your case worker at the Embassy directly.

Please note that this appointment is only intended for the collection of your naturalization certificate. If you need to apply for a German passport or ID-card as well, please book this appointment separately. You will find further information in your invitation email.
