ONYL FOR SCHENGENVISA (STAY LESS THAN 90 DAYS within 180 days) - It is NOT for application of D-Visa/national visa (long term stay)!!

 

Dear Applicant,

On the next page you can register on the waiting list for an appointment to apply for a SCHENGEN visa for a short-term stay (90 days within 180 days, no employment activities) at the Embassy in Tokyo.

Once you have successfully registered, you will shortly receive an e-mail confirming your booking. Please check your spam/junk folder to make sure you have received it.

The notification with the exact dates of the appointment will be sent to your e-mail address approximately (!) four weeks (not guaranteed) before the appointment.
Please make absolutely sure that the e-mail address you entered when registering is valid until the date of the appointment.
If you change your e-mail address after registering, you must cancel your existing entry and re-register.

Please note the following information:

• Each person - as well as all minor children (of any age) - requires a separate appointment /registration
• All entries must be made in Latin characters only.
• It is essential that you enter your data correctly and without errors, as you will only be admitted to the visa section if your name and passport match exactly.
• Please make sure that you enter your e-mail address correctly, otherwise you will not receive a confirmation e-mail about your registration and subsequently no notification that an appointment has been allocated.
• Please understand that inquiries about your registration will not be answered due to the high workload. 
  All resources are needed to shorten waiting times.

申請手続をされる方へ 

次のページでは、在京ドイツ大使館での短期滞在（90日以内）のシェンゲンビザ申請手続の予約のための予約待ちリストに登録することができます

登録完了後、すぐに確認メールが送信されます。

メール受信フォルダのほか、念のため、迷惑メールフォルダ等もご確認ください。

予約日時の詳細は、

登録時に入力したメールアドレスが予約日まで有効であることを必ずご確認ください。登録後にメールアドレスを変更した場合は、登録を一旦キャンセルし、新規に登録手続をしてください。

以下の点にもご留意ください。 

・ 未成年の子（18歳未満）も含めて、一人につき一つの予約が必要です。

・すべての項目はアルファベットでのみ入力してください。

・各項目は間違いのないよう正確に入力してください。ビザ窓口への来館時には、氏名とパスポート情報が正確に一致している必要があります。

・メールアドレスを正しく入力してください。誤っていると登録確認や予約内容に関するメールが届きません。

・予約待ち登録に関する個別のお問い合わせには回答いたしません。予約待ち時間の短縮に努めておりますが、限られた職員数ですべての業務に対応するためにリソースを必要とします。ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。
