 For the following consular services please book an appointment here:

Certification of photocopies (max. 4 sets per appointment)

Consular Certificates, e.g.:

•     application for a Police Clearing Certificate/Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis
•     Certificate of border crossing 
•     "life certificates" (Lebensbescheinigung) for the German pension
•     change of address / place of residence in a German passport or identiy card (please book two appointments, if you would like the change in passport and German identiy card)
•     change of German identiy card (PIN, activation, etc.)
•     other Consular Certificates

 German Pensions (Please note that the the Embassy cannot offer advisory services in pension matters!)

Please note:

Please do not book appointments in this category regarding visa, German citizenship, German passports or the collection of documents. For those services please book an appointment in the relevant category.

Please note, that the Embassy is unable to provide translation services or tax advice of any kind. If you have questions regarding German taxes please contact the German tax authorities directly or employ the services of a tax consultant.

If you do not find your concern in the list above or if you do not know in which category to book an appointment, please contact the Embassy for assistence (only e-mail).

If you are unable to keep an appointment you have booked please cancel this appointment immediately. Please be advised that this Embassy reserves the right to deny you further appointments if you do not show for an appointment without cancelling it.
