 Please note the following important information:

- We can only accept your passport application if you are able to present all necessary documents. Incomplete applications cannot be accepted. Please check our website here for all relevant information about your passport application

- If we are unable to accept your application you will have to schedule a new appointment.

- Each passport applicant must come to the Consulate in person (including children!)

- Only one application can be accepted per appointment. If you wish to apply for more than one person or for a passport as well as an ID-card you need to schedule a separate appointment for each application.

- Please do not book appointments for the personal pick-up of new passports. Your new passport will be mailed to you.

- Please do not book do not book multiple appointments for the same person on different days. If you are unable to keep an appointment please cancel this appointment before booking a new one.

- After you have successfully booked an appointment you will receive a confirmation via email. Please read this confirmation carefully because it contains important information about your visit.

- Please note that you need to book two appointments if you wish to apply for a passport and an ID-Card.
