Welcome to the Scheduling System of the Germany Embassy Ulan Bator

 

In this section, you can book an appointment to have copies of your documents or your signature certified.

Booking an appointment is always free of charge.

When booking an appointment, please indicate the purpose for which the documents need to be certified. If these are documents for admission to a course of study, other regulations may apply with regard to the calculation of fees.

 

Please note that you cannot book an appointment for notarizations in this category. You can make appointments for certifications directly with the visa office by mail (visa-service@ulan.diplo.de).

 

 

 

Please only book an appointment if you are sure that you will be able to come to the Embassy at the specified time.

Please be on time, as you may otherwise not be allowed to enter the visa section.

Please cancel your appointment immediately in case you will not be able to keep it. The booking confirmation e-mail will contain a cancellation link.
