Welcome to the Appointment-Service of the German Consulate General Vancouver!

An appointment is required to apply for a German passport.

You can find detailed information about how to apply for a German passport on our website at https://canada.diplo.de/ca-en/consular-services/passport . Please visit our website and read the information carefully before scheduling an appointment. On our website you will also find the necessary application forms.

Please note that the application for a passport can only be accepted if the completed application form and all neccessary documents are presented at the time of the appointment. Incomplete applications cannot be accepted.

It is required that you come to your appointment in person.

 

Informations about the following booking:

When booking an appointment we kindly ask you to

- fill in the form providing your passport information in latin letters

- enter your valid e-mail address to which your appointment confirmation should be sent. When you come to the Consulate General, you will have to bring a print-out of the appointment confirmation.

 Please note that only one application can be accepted per appointment. If you wish to apply for passports for more than one person, you are required to book an appointment for each passport application to be submitted.

We aim to reduce waiting times as much as possible. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please cancel your appointment before booking a new one.
