Willkommen beim Terminvergabesystem der Deutschen Botschaft Abidjan!

Zur Beantragung eines Visums für Deutschland und die Schengener Staaten benötigen Sie einen Termin.

Vor der Terminbuchung bitten wir Sie, die Informationen über das Visumverfahren aufmerksam zu lesen. Sie finden diese Informationen u.a. auf der Website der Botschaft:   www.abidjan.diplo.de

Unvollständige Anträge können nicht angenommen werden: der Antrag wird gebührenfrei zurückgewiesen, und es ist ein neuer Termin zu vereinbaren.

Bitte buchen Sie nur einen Termin (nicht mehrere) für sich. Mehrfachbuchungen mit leicht geänderten Passnummern führen zur Stornierung der Termine und der Verweigerung des Zutritts zur Visastelle.

Abhängig von saisonal hoher Nachfrage kann es vorkommen, dass Termine bereits ausgebucht sind oder länger im Voraus gebucht werden müssen. Um Ihre Reise rechtzeitig antreten zu können, beantragen Sie Ihr Visum am besten frühzeitig: die Abgabe von Visaanträgen ist bis zu drei Monaten vor Reisebeginn möglich.

Die Terminbuchung können Sie hier einfach und schnell selbst erledigen, sie ist außerdem kostenfrei. Zum gebuchten Termin müssen Sie allerdings auf jeden Fall persönlich zur Botschaft Abidjan kommen. Terminbuchungen per E-Mail oder Telefon sind nicht möglich.

Wenn Sie nun auf "weiter" klicken, haben Sie die Auswahl zwischen zwei Kategorien:

1. Schengenvisum:

- Besuch von Freunden oder Familie
- Geschäftsreisen
- Tourismus
- sonstige Kurzzeitaufenthalte  (höchstens 90 Tage)

2. Nationale Visa: Diese Art von Visum ist grundsätzlich erforderlich, wenn ein Langzeitaufenthalt (über 90 Tage) bzw. ein permanenter Aufenthalt in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland geplant ist. Nachfolgend ein paar Beispiele:

- Ehegattennachzug, Visum zur Eheschließung in Deutschland
- Kindernachzug
- Studium in Deutschland
- Au-pair oder Bundesfreiwilligendienst

Welcome to the Appointment-System of the German Embassy Abidjan!
To apply for a visa to Germany and the Schengen States you are required to make an appointment.

You can find detailed information about the different types of visas and how to apply for them on our website:  www.abidjan.diplo.de            

Please visit our website and read the information carefully before booking an appointment. On our website you will also find the necessary application forms. 

Incomplete applications can not be admitted: the application will be returned without additional charges and a new appointment has to be arranged.

Please only book an appointment which you are actually able to keep. Don't book several appointments with alternationg passport numbers. The embassy will delete all of your appointments and you will be refused access to the embassy.

Please note that the appointments offered on this system are the earliest appointments possible. Waiting time for an appointment can be several weeks during high season.

You should apply for a Schengen-visa at least 2 weeks (4 weeks during high season), but no longer than 3 months before your planned trip. Taking an appointment does not cause any costs.

It is required that you show up to the appointment in person.

1. Schengen-visa:

- business travel
- tourism
- other short term stays (maximum 90 days)

2. National Visa: This type of visa is required if you plan a long term stay (more than 90 days) or a permanent stay in the Federal Republic of Germany. You will find some examples below:
- family reunion
- studies in Germany
- Au-pair or BFD
