Dual citizenship applications (Beibehaltung) can be posted to the German Consulate-General Sydney and do not need to be lodged in person.
Important information for visa applicants:
Applications for national visa (intended stay of more than 90 days) and visa for the purpose of gainful employment in Germany will be processed by the German Consulate-General Sydney and require the presence of the applicant.
Please do therefore NOT book a visa appointment with the Honorary Consul in Brisbane if you want to apply for a visa.
