Would you like to apply for a visa? You have three options.
您希望申请签证？您有以下三种方式。
1. Online Visa Application via the Consular Services Portal / 通过 在线申请通道 提交签证申请
Applications for national visas (stays over 90 days) can be submitted online via the Consular Services Portal. Required supporting documents can be uploaded as PDF-documents. Applicants then only need to visit the visa section to submit biometric data (fingerprints and photo) and to pay the fee.
通过该在线申请通道，您可直接申请某些国家签证（停留超过90天）。所需证明或申请材料请以PDF文件的格式上传。之后仅需前往签证处提交生物识别数据（指纹和照片）和支付签证费。
Available visa categories (among others)/ 当前可申请的签证类型包括:
- 🎓 Study / 留学签证 – incl. preparatory language course, application for admission, with or without admission letter / 包括预科语言课程、申请大学以及有无录取通知的情况
- 👥 Family Reunification / 家庭团聚签证 – Joint applications and group appointments are also possible via the Consular Services Portal / 也可在线申请通道共同提交申请并预约团体面谈
- 💼 Employment / 就业签证 – z. B. e.g. EU Blue Card, skilled workers with academic or vocational training / 例如欧盟蓝卡、拥有学术或职业资质的专业人才
- 🔍 Opportunity Card / 机会卡 – nur online beantragbar / 仅可在线申请
- 📘 Vocational training & continuing education / 职业培训及进修

Please note:
- Researchers/doctoral candidates (including accompanying family members with appointments on the same day) should submit their applications exclusively via our service partner VFS.GLOBAL. / 研究人员/博士生（包括同日预约的随行家属）请通过我们的服务合作伙伴 VFS.GLOBAL 提交申请。
- The Consular Services Portal is not intended for Schengen visas (short stays up to 90 days). You can apply for Schengen visas via VFS.GLOBAL. / 申根签证（停留不超过90天）不适用于该系统。申根签证请通过 VFS.Global申请。
2. Visa Application through VFS Global/ 通过 在线申请通道 提交签证申请
Researchers/doctoral candidates (including accompanying family members with appointments on the same day) should submit their applications exclusively via our service partner VFS.GLOBAL.
研究人员/博士生（包括同日预约的随行家属）请通过我们的服务合作伙伴 VFS.GLOBAL 提交申请。
3. Regular appointment at the Consulate General/ 在总领事馆预约传统签证时间

Before booking an appointment / 在预约之前

Consular services such as the authentication of copies, signatures (e.g. on the application for a police certificate of good conduct), as well as matters relating to marriage and naming law (list not exhaustive) may be delivered only by appointment.
Please refer to the website of the German diplomatic missions in China (www.china.diplo.de) for further information about the type of service that you requested and/or a list of documents you are required to provide to the Legal and Consular Section in order to avail of the requested services.
If you require a certification of signature in commercial or real estate matters, email konsulat@cheng.diplo.de with details on your specific case and on services that you require prior to booking an appointment. Enclose a scan copy of the documents which you need to sign (contract, power of attorney, declaration of approval, extract from the commercial register, etc.) to facilitate matters. Thus, you may avoid having to consult a Consular Officer several times in the same matter.
The online appointment system enables the Consulate General to provide an orderly and efficient service to its customers at all times. You may book an appointment at your convenience and access the visa section of the German Consulate General at the respective date without any undue delay.
Please note that due to high demand an appointment may not be available at the date of your convenience.

申请领事服务，如（包括但不限于）复印件公证、签名公证，以及姓名法和婚姻法 相关事项办理等，须提前预约。
关于领事服务及所需资料，请提前阅读德国驻华使领馆官网（www.china.diplo.de)。请注意，按照预约时间办理业务时需出示所有文件。
德国驻成都总领事馆只对拟用于德国法律领域的文书/文件上的签名进行公证。 此外，只对常住地在四川、云南、贵州和重庆的申请人的签名进行公证。如果您的常住地在我馆领区以外，请联系相应的使领馆。
如果您希望总领事馆为商业或房地产性质的法律交易对您的签名进行公证，请提前将相关文件（合同、授权书、批准声明、商业登记册摘录等）发送至konsulat@cheng.diplo.de。法律和领事事务处在对文件进行初步审查后会与您联系，安排预约。这样您可以避免为同一件事多次前来总领事馆。
通过此预约系统，总领事馆能够保证始终规范有序地对外办公，您也可以预订适合您需求的时间，避免在总领事馆过长地等待。
旺季申请人数较多，有可能出现您希望预约的时间已经被预订的情况，或者您需要提前较长时间进行预约。
