Due to the high demand for appointments, appointments are now allocated via a waiting list, replacing the previous direct booking system. Appointments are assigned in the order of registration on the waiting list.
Registration on the waiting list is free of charge.

For employment under the Accelerated Skilled Worker Procedure pursuant to Section 81a of the German Residence Act (AufenthG), for example:
- in the context of vocational training pursuant to Section 16a;
- for the completion of a qualification measure pursuant to Section 16d;
- or for taking up employment pursuant to Sections 18a, 18b, and 18g of the German Residence Act (AufenthG),
an appointment can be booked under this category.
Important: When submitting the application, a prior approval (Vorabzustimmung) for the Accelerated Skilled Worker Procedure pursuant to Section 81a of the German Residence Act (AufenthG) must be presented.
A prior approval issued by the Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit) alone is not sufficient.
Applications from applicants who do not meet this requirement will not be accepted.
