You need an appointment to turn in an application for a birth certificate, a name declaration including the application for a first time passport for the child.
Thanks to the appointment system, the embassy is able to ensure regular and orderly service. It gives you the advantage of being able to book an appointment that suits you and you have a fixed appointment at the embassy without long waiting times.

If you would like to have a declaration of approval, the revocation of an inheritance or an application for a certificate of good conduct certified, please reserve an appointment here. If you would like to have a power of attorney or a commercial register entry certified, please contact the embassy by phone or email first. For each certification, you must bring a printout of the document that is to be certified and your passport or ID card with you. As a rule, you can pick up the certification the day after submitting the application.
