Applications for visas for short stays of up to 90 days (Schengen visas) can only be submitted through our service provider VFS Global. Please contact VFS directly to book an appointment by telephone or E-mail; the information is available on the VFS website.

You want to apply for a first German passport for your new-born child? This may require a declaration of name which can be submitted as part of an application for a German birth certificate for a birth abroad. In this case, please do not book an appointment here, but contact us directly via e-mail at rk-kontakt@hoch.diplo.de

Quý vị là công dân Đức và muốn đặt hẹn để nộp đơn xin làm mới hộ chiếu Đức/chứng minh thư Đức? Vui lòng đặt một cuộc hẹn và bấm vào mục "Continue" (tiếp theo).

Quý vị có ý định làm hộ chiếu lần đầu tiên cho con của mình, để làm được điều này bắt buộc Quý vị phải có giấy xác nhận tên theo quy trình đăng ký giấy khai sinh Đức cho các bé sơ sinh tại nước sở tại. Quý vị không đặt hẹn trên hệ thống mà vui lòng viết Email trực tiếp đến rk-kontakt@hoch.diplo.de để được hướng dẫn.

Trong trường hợp con của quý vị đã có khai sinh Đức và hộ chiếu Đức, nhưng hộ chiếu Đức của con quý vị còn thời hạn ít hơn 6 tháng và do đó Quý vị muốn xin hộ chiếu Đức mới cho con? Vui lòng đặt một cuộc hẹn và bấm vào mục "Continue" (tiếp theo).
