Appointment Waitlist Registration for National Visa (e.g. Au-Pair, Volunteering, Language Course, Research...) / N O Appointments for River Cruise and Highly Skilled Worker according to §81a AufenthG or categories of the Consular Portal (Auslandsportal)

Please take note that visa appointments for highly skilled workers according to Section 81a of the German Residence Act (AufenthG) have to follow the guidelines in separate categories and cannot be registered under this category. Categories from the Consular Portal (Auslandsportal) also no longer can register here. River Cruise staff members are requested to check the separate category in our appointment waitlist system. 

The visa fee should ideally be paid with a credit card.

The credit card must meet the following requirements

✓ Visa and Mastercard activated for international transactions 

✓ personalized to the cardholder's name

✓ 16-digit card number printed in letterpress

✓ 3-digit check digit and signature are printed on the back

If you are not using your own credit card, you will need an authorization from the credit card holder issued in German or English as well as a copy of the credit card holder's ID, which allows you to use the card for payment at the embassy.

Payments can only be made with a physical Visa or Mastercard credit card; debit cards or digital payments e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay, QRIS, etc. as well as other credit cards (American Express, Union Pay, etc.) cannot be accepted.

All applicants, including children and infants, have to register for individual appointments. Incomplete or false information will lead to the cancellation of your registration. If you do not ordinarily reside in Indonesia, you will have to apply for a visa in your home country.

Appointment Waitlist for Seafarer National Visa (River Cruise only)

 

Please note that in this category you can only register for the appointment waiting list for River Cruise "seafarer national visa" (stays exceeding 90 days). If you wish to register for another type of national visa, you can only do this in the other available categories.

If you provide incomplete or false information, your registration has to be annuled. If you do not have your main residence in Indonesia, you are requested to apply for a visa in your country of residence.

Accelerated Skilled Workers Procedure according to §81a of the Residence Act

If you have received a pre-approval from the competent immigration authority in the accelerated skilled worker procedure under §81a of the Residence Act, please note that appointments are currently only available via email.

Please attach a copy of the pre-approval from the immigration authority and a copy of the photo page of your passport. Only these two documents should be sent, no other documents.

Upon receipt of your email, you will receive an automated message from our inquiry management system. It is important that you respond to this notification again (Text: "I confirm receipt of your message and request an appointment for skilled workers in the accelerated procedure") as otherwise, your request will be closed without being processed. Once you have confirmed receipt of the message, we will assign you an appointment within the specified time frame. You will receive further notification regarding this later.
