Welcome to the online appointment system of the German Embassy in Cairo!
You can only book an appointment here if you intend to stay in Germany for a longer period of time ( = more than 90 days). You can apply for a Schengen visa (stay under 90 days) at TLScontact.
There are several categories:
- Family Reunion and Marriage
a) with a German / not German (e. g. Egyptian) relative
b) with a Legally Recognized Refugee (but not with a person holding subsidiary protection status) - Fast-track procedure for skilled workers (only if you already have a preliminary approval according to section 81a para 3 No. 6 AufenthG i. c. w. section 31 para 4 AufenthV of the local foreigners authority)
- Visa for self-employment
- Language Course (without further education)
- Other Purposes

Please only book an appointment when you are certain that you will be able to keep it. In order to avoid any abuse of the appointment system, the Embassy may ban an applicant that has missed an appointment from booking another one for a certain period of time.
Every applicant has to personally present themself at the Embassy for the application process.

مرحباً بكم في برنامج التسجيل للحصول على موعد لتقديم طلبات التأشيرة لدي سفارة جمهورية ألمانيا الاتحادية بالقاهرة
يمكنكم هنا الحصول على موعد لتقديم طلبات الحصول على التأشيرة إذا كنتم تريدون الحصول فقط على إقامة طويلة المدة أي أكثر من ٩٠ يوماً -
أما حال رغبتكم في الحصول على إقامة لمدة أقل من ٩٠ يوماً فيتعين في هذه الحالة التقدم للحصول على تأشيرة شنجن، وعليه تقدم طلبات الحصول على التأشيرة الشنجن في هذه الحالة لدى شركة TLScontact
أما هنا فيمكنكم الحصول فقط على موعد لتقديم طلبات التأشيرة الخاصة بعدة فئات:
١- تأشيرة سفر لأغراض لم شمل أسرة و لأغراض الزواج
أ- اللحاق بأحد أفراد الأسرة الألماني أو غير الألماني (على سبيل المثال: المصري)
ب- للحاصل رسمياً على حق اللجوء في ألمانيا (لكن ليس للحاصل بصفة مؤقتة على حق اللجوء)
٢- تأشيرة لبدء العمل في إطار الإجراءات السريعة الخاصة بالكوادر الفنية المتخصصة (فقط في حالة تقديم صاحب العمل الموافقة المبدئية الصادرة من مصلحة شئون الأجانب في إطار الإجراءات السريعة الخاصة بالكوادر الفنية المتخصصة)
٣- تأشيرة لأغراض العمل الحر
٤ - تأشيرة لأغراض الالتحاق بدورات لغة في ألمانيا (وليس للدارسة الجامعية اللاحقة)
٥ - تأشيرة لأغراض الإقامة لمدة تزيد عن تسعين يوماً لأغراض أخرى
نرجو من حضراتكم قبل حجز الموعد قراءة المعلومات المتعلقة بأغراض السفر المذكورة أعلاه بعناية. تجدون هذه المعلومات على صفحة السفارة على شبكة الإنترنت (www.kairo.diplo.de) تحت بند "التأشيرة – معلومات عامة حول نظام التأشيرة لألمانيا". وفي حالة وجود استفسارات من جانبكم نرجو إرسالها بالبريد الالكتروني على العنوان التالي:

كما نرجو من حضراتكم القيام بحجز الموعد فقط في حالة التأكد من قدرتكم على الالتزام به، حيث أنه من حيث المبدأ لا إلغاء الموعد بعد الحصول عليه. ولكي تحول السفارة دون سوء استخدام نظام حجز المواعيد فإنها تحتفظ لنفسها بحق منع جميع الأشخاص ممن لم حضروا في الموعد المحدد لهم من حجز مواعيد أخرى لتقديم التأشيرة لمدة معينة.
جدير بالذكر أن حضور طالب التأشيرة شخصياً عند تقديم طلب الحصول على التأشيرة لألمانيا فقط هو أمر ضروري جداً
