Appointment-System of the German Foreign Office — Kiew

Currently is only possible to book an appointment in one of the following catgeories:

• Certification of copies for use in Germany
• Border crossing certificate
• Life certificate

For services in the following categories please contact our consular section by email (rk@kierw.diplo.de) first:

• Emergency passports (biometricGerman passports or ID-Cards can't be issued currently)
• Certifications of signatures for use in Germany
• Application for an inheritance certificate
• Procedure for confirmation of German nationality/Registering of a birth abroad

To prevent abuse of the appointments system, the German Embassy reserves the right to exclude applicants who did not show up for their appointment from making further bookings.

If the system shows no available time slots, please try again the next day. 

Please be aware that we will ask you to leave the EMbassy's premises in case of air alert. The next public shelter is located 300m at subway station "Golden Gate".
