The Embassy’s Legal and Consular Division is available to clients for a wide range of services. However, it cannot provide legal representation or representation.
The Embassy's visa office is temporarily closed.
On the following webpage (click below on "->Continue") please select your appropriate category:
1. For German ID documents select the category Application for a German passport or ID card.
2. For pickup of German passports and ID cards select the category Collection of German documents.
3. For the following services select the category Other Consular Affairs:
- Certification of copies for use in Germany
- Application for certificate of good conduct
- Border crossing certificate
- Life certificates
For the services mentioned below please send the draft of your document in advance via email to rk@kyji.diplo.de for pre-assessment:
- Certifications of signatures for use in Germany
- Application for an inheritance certificate
- Renouncement of inheritancesuccession
- Procedure for the confirmation of the German nationality/Registration of a birth abroad
Please book an appointment only if you are sure that you will be able to attend. In order to prevent misuse of appointments, the Embassy reserves the right to exclude all persons who did not appear at the appointment for a certain period of time.
If there are no more dates available at the time of booking, please try again the next day. Access is only granted to those who actually have to be present (exceptions: Minors with parents, persons who require (e.g. age-related) assistance). Access may be denied in the event of delay.
Please understand that in the event of air alarm you will be asked to leave the Embassy building immediately. The nearest public shelter is located 300 meters from the Embassy at the Metro station "Golden Gate" (Золоті Ворота).
