Please note: Schengen visa for Rwandan citizens need to be applied at the Belgium Embassy.
If you want to submit a visa application you have to book an appointment. In this way the Embassy can guarantee a smooth service for our clients and you have the advantage to choose an appointment at your conveniencce and to be served without long waiting periods.
This appointment system is free of charge as well as the application forms and the information leaflets. You have to pay only the visa processing fee. All clients have the same booking possibilities; agencies or visa services have no priority service; any other information is not serious.
Before booking an appointment we recommend to study the visa information very carefully. You find them on our website www.kigali.diplo.de.
Incomplete applications cannot be accepted. The application will be rejected without charges and you have to book another appointment.
Please book only 1 appointment (not several) and only if you are sure to be able to respect the appointment. If you are unable to attend you have to cancel it. By doing so you help us to serve all clients as soon and smooth as possible. Depending on the demand of appointments there could be longer waiting periods for an appointment.
You can book the appointment easily and fast. If you wish the booking can also be done by a third person (e.g. your friend/business partner in Germany). But for the appointment you have to come in person.
