Welcome to the online appointment system of the German Embassy in Muscat.

Important Notice:

• Please come on time for your appointment. Applicants who show up late will not be admitted into the visa section.
   
• Do not make any final travel arrangements before receiving the visa.
  

• In case of incomplete documents your application may be rejected on the day of your interview. Please refer to the Embassy's visa-website for information on necessary documents.

• Each applicant must have a separate booking including children/minors travelling with their parents. Children do require a separate booking and must appear in person together with their parents at the time of application.

  Only one appointment can be booked per person. In case you do not show up on the day of your interview or present incomplete documents you can only book a new appointment after two weeks.

• All entries must be done in latin letters.

• Your passport number must be entered with capital letters and numbers, e.g. A1234567. If your passport number differs from the passport number you used for booking the appointment, your application will not be accepted.

• Make sure your email-address has been entered correctly, otherwise you will get no confirmation of your appointment! If necessary, check whether the confirmation can be found in your spam folder.
