Here you can book an appointment to apply for a visa for a long-term stay (exceeding 90 days) in Germany—for example, for professional drivers, researchers, self-employment, working & holiday, Van der Elst case.

Incomplete visa applications may be rejected or refused. If documents are missing, a new appointment must be booked. You will need to provide your passport details to book an appointment.

Please note that a separate appointment must be booked for each applicant.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment, as late entry is generally not possible.

To book an appointment, you will need:

- personal details (including passport number)

- a valid email address to which you have personal access and which remains active up to and including the date of the appointment

2. Please book a separate appointment for each applicant. A family consisting of two adults and two children must therefore book four slots (these can be on the same day, even at different times; however, you will be processed together whenever possible).

3. You may only book an appointment for a single purpose of travel.
