Appointments for National Visa applications (D-Visa)

Dear valued visitor,                    

On this page you may book an appointment for the application of a long-term National Visa (for a stay in Germany of more than 90 days). 

This includes e.g. visa for employment, EU blue card, family reunion, marriage, job search, internship, language courses, scholarships and degree courses/studies, Vander Elst. 

Please read the  leaflets provided on our website carefully. Incomplete visa applications may be denied or refused.

To book an appointment, you will need:

-          personal data (including passport number)

-          a valid email address that remains active up until and including the day of the appointment and which you personally can access

1. Please enter all information exactly as shown in your passport and use the Latin alphabet.

2. Please schedule a separate appointment for each applicant. For example a family of 4 has to book 4 time slots if they all want to apply for a visa. Families and groups may book different time slots at one day, but will be interviewed within one time frame if possible.

3. You may book an appointment for only one reason for travel.

Please arrive on time to your appointed timeframe. In case of being late, you may not be admitted. In order to book an appointment, your passport details are required. Zur Buchung eines Termines ist die Angabe Ihrer Passdaten erforderlich.

The appointment booking system is free of charge, only the fees for the official action must be paid. The booking options are the same for all customers. Agents or agencies have no special access to our appointment system.

The booking confirmation will be send to the given email address. Please make sure that this email address remains the same until the appointment is made.  If your email adress changes, please inform us immediately via the above given email.

Please make sure that you enter all required data completely and correctly. Subsequent corrections are not possible, neither by you nor by the embassy.

What documents do I need to submit to apply for my service?

Please note that incomplete applications cannot be accepted.

Therefore, please only schedule an appointment once you have all the necessary documents ready.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel it.

This will help us with scheduling so that we can offer all clients appointments as soon as possible. Depending on seasonally high demand, appointments may already be fully booked or need to be booked further in advance.

The appointment confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during booking. Please ensure that this address remains valid until your appointment. If your email address changes, please inform us immediately.

Please also ensure that you enter all required information completely and correctly. Please also provide the names of all persons (parents, child, guardians) attending the appointment when booking. Subsequent corrections are not possible, either by you or the embassy.

All attendees (parents or guardians, child(ren)) must come to the embassy in person for the booked appointment.
