Welcome to the online appointment system of the German Embassy Tehran.
In this category you can book an appointment to apply for the following identification documents:
- German passport/ID Card, Children’s passport
or
- first German passport/ID Card as well as a German birth certificate for your newborn child.
If you would like to apply for a visa, please book an appointment in the appropriate category – NOT HERE. Your visa application cannot be accepted if you have booked a passport appointment. You will be rejected in the Embassy. If you book several times the wrong appointment, your name and passport number will be blocked in all appointment categories.

Welcome to the online appointment system of the Embassy Tehran
Please note that the appointment system for Schengen visa applications will be changed as of 21.08.2023. You will no longer be able to book an appointment directly through the external service provider, Visametric, but you will register your name on a waiting list in the following steps. Appointments will then be allocated at a later date by the embassy via the service provider, Visametric, in chronological order of registrations based on available capacity.
Please note that appointment registration is only possible after prior payment of a booking fee via the external service provider Visametric. The booking fee will be refunded to you when you submit your application. The necessary instructions for payment of the booking fee can be found on the website of the external service provider Visametric.
Persons who have already paid a booking fee in the past under the previous appointment system can contact the external service provider Visametric for a refund of the fee. Transfer of the previous booking fee for the present registration is not possible. Further instructions can be found on the Visametric website here.

لطفاً عنایت داشته باشید که اعطای نوبت برای ارائه‌ی درخواست روادید شنگن از تاریخ 30 مرداد 1402 (برابر با 21 اوت 2023) تغییر می‌یابد. شما برای رزرو نوبتِ خود، دیگر نمی‌توانید مستقیماً از طریق شرکت خدمات‌رسان ویزامتریک اقدام نمایید، بلکه بر اساس مراحلی که در ذیل تعریف شده‌اند، اسم خود را در لیست انتظار وارد خواهید کرد. متعاقباً، شرکت خدمات‌رسان ویزامتریک نوبت مربوطه را براساس ترتیب زمانی ثبت‌نام شوندگان و با توجه به ظرفیت‌های موجود به شما اعلام خواهد نمود.
لطفاً توجه فرمایید که ثبت نوبت مصاحبه تنها پس از انجام تسویه صورت حسابِ رزرو نوبت از طریق شرکت خدمات‌رسان ویزامتریک امکانپذیر خواهد بود. البته این مبلغ در زمان حضورتان برای ارائه‌ی درخواست روادید به شما عودت داده خواهد شد. نکات مهم درخصوص تسویه‌ی صورت‌حسابِ رزرو نوبت را در وب‌سایت شرکت خدمات‌رسان ویزامتریک (Webseite des Dienstleisters Visametric) مطالعه فرمایید.
افرادی که پیش از این و از طریق سامانه‌ی نوبت‌دهی قبلی مبادرت به تسویه‌ی صورت حسابِ رزرو نوبت کرده باشند، می‌توانند جهت بازپرداخت هزینه اصلی رزرو نوبت با شرکت خدمات‌رسان ویزامتریک تماس حاصل فرمایند. اطلاعات بیشتر در این خصوص را در وب‌سایت ویزامتریک Webseite von Visametric مطالعه فرمایید.

On the following pages you can register for an appointment to apply for a national visa (i.e. visa for a longterm stay).
Check whether you have received a confirmation email with your reference number after successfully entering all the data. This confirmation email also contains a cancellation link. It may take up to 30 minutes for you to receive this email.
If you have misspelled your passport details, your email address or your name, you will have to cancel your registration and re-register on the waiting list. A correction by the embassy is unfortunately not possible.
Make absolutely sure that you have access to the email address given in the waiting list and that this email address is valid until the date of the appointment. If you change your email address after registering on the waiting list, you will unfortunately have to cancel your existing registration and re-register. Please make sure that the email address is entered correctly, otherwise you will not receive a confirmation email about the registration and subsequently also no notification about the appointment allocation!

در صفحات بعد می‌توانید برای روادید ملی (روادید برای اقامت طولانی‌مدت) ثبت‌نام کنید.
لطفاً توجه داشته باشید که پس از پایان مراحل ثبت‌نام باید یک ایمیل تأیید که شماره پیگیری‌تان در آن ذکر شده، دریافت نمایید. این ایمیل حاوی لینکِ لغوِ درخواست نیز می‌باشد. مدت زمان دریافت این ایمیل تا نیم ساعت پس از انجام موفقیت‌آمیز ثبت‌نام خواهد بود.
اگر اسم، آدرس ایمیل یا اطلاعات گذرنامه خود را اشتباه وارد کنید، باید درخواست را لغو و دوباره در فهرست انتظار ثبت‌نام کنید. امکان اصلاح داده‌های شما از طریق سفارت وجود ندارد.
لطفاً دسترسی خود به آدرس ایمیلی که در زمان ثبت‌نام وارد کرده‌اید را تا روز مصاحبه حفظ نمایید. اگر آدرس ایمیل شما پس از انجام ثبت‌نام تغییر کند، باید ثبت‌نام خود را باطل و مجدداً برای ثبت‌نام اقدام نمایید. توجه داشته باشید که ایمیل خود را درست و بدون اشتباه وارد کنید، درغیراین‌صورت ایمیل تأیید درخصوص ثبت موفق اسم‌تان در لیست انتظار را دریافت نخواهید نمود و به‌تبع امکان اطلاع‌رسانی درباره‌ی زمان دقیق مصاحبه‌تان نیز وجود ندارد.
