Please bring the completed application with you to your appointment (do not send it online). All necessary documents in accordance with the information sheet must be brought to the appointment, see information sheet for passport applications/identity card applications.

Visa application for long-term stay (>90 days) 

Welcome to the online appointment system of the German Embassy Tbilisi! 

Are you planning a permanent stay in Germany. Then you are in the right place to book an appointment at the German Embassy in Tbilisi. 

We offer appointment reservations in German and English. For bookings in Georgian, please book via the English language version. 

A notice: 

You cannot book an appointment directly. In the following steps you register on a waiting list. The embassy then allocates appointments in chronological order of entries based on available capacity. Waiting times are currently several weeks. 

In certain categories, the Foreign Office's Online application system can be used to submit online applications https://digital.diplo.de/ (Auslandsportal). 

The application categories will be expanded in the course of 2025 and the aim will be to apply purely online. 

When you register on the waiting list, you will receive a booking number and later a confirmation email about your registration. About 2 weeks before your appointment you will be notified by email of the date and time of your appointment to speak to the embassy to apply. The appointment you have communicated must then be confirmed by you within 7 days (using a confirmation link), otherwise the appointment will be cancelled. 

The appointment booking system is free of charge. Only the fees for the visa application need to be paid. The booking options are the same for all customers. Intermediaries or agencies do not have special or preferential access to the German Embassy in Tbilisi for scheduling appointments.

It is expressly advised not to give up control over the appointment reservation and hire an agency. 

We also ask you to refrain from making appointment requests by email or telephone.

 

ვიზაზე განაცხადების შეტანა გრძელვადიანი ვიზიტებისთვის (90 დღეზე მეტი ხნით)

 

მოგესალმებით თბილისში გერმანიის საელჩოს ვიზიტების გაცემის ონლაინ სისტემაში!

თუ გეგმავთ გერმანიაში გრძელვადიან ვიზიტს, მაშინ თქვენ სწორ განყოფილებაში იმყოფებით გერმანიის საელჩოში სავიზო განაცხადის შემოსატანად ვიზიტის დაჯავშნისათვის.

ვიზიტისათვის დარეგისტრირებას გთავაზობთ გერმანულ და ინგლისურ ენებზე. ქართულ ენაზე დარეგისტრირების სურვილის შემთხვევაში, გადადით ვებ-გვერდის ინგლისურ ვერსიაზე.

მითითება:

თქვენ პირდაპირ ვერ დაჯავშნით ვიზიტს, არამედ  ჩაეწერებით ვიზიტის დაჯავშნის რიგში. შემდეგ საელჩო არსებული რესურსების შესაბამისად რიგში ჩაწერის ქრონოლოგიური თანმიმდევრობით გასცემს ვიზიტებს. ამჟამად მოლოდინის დრო შეადგენს რამდენიმე კვირას.

გარკვეული კატეგორიის ვიზებისთვის შეიძლება გამოყენებული იქნეს გერმანიის საგარეო საქმეთა სამინისტროს ონლაინ განაცხადის შეტანის პორტალი https://digital.diplo.de/.

ასეთი განაცხადის კატეგორიები 2025 წლის განმავლობაში გაფართოვდება და მიზნად გვაქვს დასახული, რომ განაცხადის შემოტანის პროცესი მთლიანად ონლაინ განხორციელდეს.

მოლოდინის რიგში დარეგისტრირების დროს თქვენ მიიღებთ ჯავშნის ნომერს და შემდეგ რეგისტრაციის დამადასტურებელ მეილს. საელჩოში თქვენს ვიზიტამდე დაახლოებით 2 კვირით ადრე მეილით გაცნობებთ საელჩოში სავიზო განაცხადის შემოტანის დღეს და დროს. მეილის მიღებიდან 7 დღის განმავლობაში უნდა დაგვიდასტუროთ (დადასტურების ბმულზე დაწკაპუნებით) აღნიშნული თარიღი. სხვა შემთხვევაში ვიზიტი გაუქმდება.

ვიზიტის დაჯავშნა უფასოა. საელჩოში ფასიანია მხოლოდ ვიზა. დაჯავშნის შესაძლებლობა ყველასთვის ერთნაირია. შუამავლებს ან სააგენტოებს არანაირი განსაკუთრებული ან უპირატესი წვდომა არ აქვთ გერმანიის საელჩოს ვიზიტების გაცემის სისტემასთან.

კატეგორიულად არ გირჩევთ, თქვენი ვიზიტის დაჯავშნა სხვას გადააბაროთ და ამაში ჩართოთ  სააგენტოები.

ასევე გთხოვთ, თავი შეიკავოთ ელექტრონული ფოსტით ან ტელეფონით ვიზიტის დაჯავშნის მოთხოვნისგან.

You are a citizen of a country, whose citizens require a visa for stays of up to 90 days within a 180-day period (short term visa) or for international transit (category A visa)?
