The German Embassy in Tbilisi welcomes you to its online appointment booking system!

On the following pages, you may register for an appointment to submit an application for a long-term visa such as a working visa, a student visa or a visa for family reunion.

Please check our website http://www.tiflis.diplo.de/nationale-visa  in German or Georgian language to find detailed information on how to apply for a long-term visa. Please do not register for an appointment before you have made yourself familiar with the procedure.

We offer the registration process in German and English language. Furthermore, we also provide a translation into Georgian via the English version of our booking system (see below).

Please note:

Due to a high demand in long-term visas, the German Embassy in Tbilisi changed its appointment booking system on September 3rd, 2021. You are no longer able to book an appointment directly. Henceforth, you can register yourself for an appointment on the following pages. The Embassy then books the appointments in a chronological order. At the moment, the waiting time for an appointment several weeks. 

After registration, you receive a booking number and a bit later a confirmation e-mail. About 2 weeks prior to your appointment, you receive another e-mail, informing you about the date and time of your appointment at the Embassy. You have to confirm this appointment (via a link in the e-mail) within 7 days. Otherwise, the appointment is canceled.

The appointment booking system is free of cost, only the corresponding fees for the respective visa service has to be paid in the Embassy. The possibilities and chances of registering for an appointment are equally well for all clients; agencies do not have a simplified or privileged access to the appointment booking system.

We do not recommend you to hire an agency for any kind of service, including the registration for an appointment.

We kindly ask you to refrain from appointment requests by e-mail and telephone.

გთხოვთ გაითვალისწინოთ, რომ გრძელვადიანი (ეროვნული) ვიზისთვის საელჩოში ვიზიტის გაცემის წესი მსურველთა დიდი რაოდენობის გამო 2021 წლის 3 სექტემბერს შეიცვალა. თქვენ პირდაპირ ვეღარ დაჯავშნით ვიზიტს, არამედ ჩაეწერებით ვიზიტის დაჯავშნის რიგში. შემდეგ საელჩო არსებული რესურსების შესაბამისად რიგის მიხედვით გასცემს ვიზიტებს. ამჟამად მოლოდინის დრო შეადგენს რამდენიმე კვირას.

 

 

 

დარეგისტრირების დროს თქვენ მიიღებთ ჯავშნის ნომერს და რეგისტრაციის დამადასტურებელ მეილს. საელჩოში თქვენს ვიზიტამდე დაახლოებით 2 კვირით ადრე მეილით გაცნობებთ საელჩოში სავიზო განაცხადის შემოტანის დღეს და დროს. მეილის მიღებიდან 7 დღის განმავლობაში უნდა დაგვიდასტუროთ (დადასტურების ბმულზე დაწკაპუნებით) აღნიშნული თარიღი. სხვა შემთხვევაში ვიზიტი გაუქმდება.

 

 

 

ვიზიტის დაჯავშნა უფასოა. საელჩოში ფასიანია მხოლოდ ვიზა. დაჯავშნის შესაძლებლობა ყველასთვის ერთნაირია. შუამავლებს ან სააგენტოებს არანაირი განსაკუთრებული წვდომა არ აქვთ ვიზიტების გაცემის სისტემასთან.

 

 

 

კატეგორიულად არ გირჩევთ თქვენი ვიზიტის დასაჯავშნად სააგენტოების ჩართვას.

 

 

 

ასევე გთხოვთ, თავი შეიკავოთ ელექტრონული ფოსტით ან ტელეფონით ვიზიტის დაჯავშნის მოთხოვნისგან.
