Appointment-System of the German Foreign Office — Vancouver

The Consulate General in Vancouver has consular jurisdiction for British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Yukon and the Northwest Territories. If you reside outside this district, please contact us by e-mail to make an appointment and note that an application can only be accepted if there is a special reason that makes it impossible for you to apply at the competent consulate. For appointments booked without prior consultation through the Online-Booking-System and without a special reason, we reserve the right to refuse the application.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you want to have your passport issued on a new name, or if the last name for a child has to be determined for the first time according to German regulations, please schedule an additional appointment in the category "Consular Services" -> "Family Matters".

Please pay any fees by credit card (Mastercard/Visa), not in cash.

Payment cards without the name of the card holder will not be accepted.
