Čia galite registruotis priėmimui pateikti prašymą išduoti ilgalaikio buvimo vizą arba vizą darbinei veiklai. Registracija atliekama pareiškėjo vardu. Rezervacijai būtina ši informacija apie pareiškėją:
- asmens duomenys (vardas ir pavardė, gimimo data, paso numeris, vykimo tikslas)
- veikiantis elektroninis pašto adresas.
Kiekvienam pareiškėjui turi būti rezervuotas atskiras priėmimo laikas.

Here you can book an appointment to submit your visa application for a longterm stay in Germany or to apply for a work permit. The appointment has to be booked in the name of the applicant. Please have the following informations ready:
- personal data (full name, date of birth, passport number, purpose of stay)
- a valid email address
Each applicant has to book a separate appointment.

- Genehmigungserklärung (patvirtinimo dokumentas)
- Anträge für das Handelsregister (prašymai įmonių registrui)
- Führungszeugnis (teistumo (neteistumo) pažyma)
- Auskunft aus dem Gewerberegister (išrašas iš Prekybos registro)
- prašymas vaiko gimimą arba santuoką įtraukti į apskaitą Vokietijoje
- prašymas vardo, pavardės patvirtinimui
Kreipiantis dėl tėvystės pripažinimo patvirtinimo arba dėl prašymo pateikimo paveldėjimo teisės liudijimui gauti, priėmimo laikas turi būti iš anksto suderintas elektroniniu paštu:

In this category you can book an appointment for a certification of signature, e.g. for
- declaration of consent of a contract already notarized in Germany
- applications regarding the commercial and trade register
- criminal record
- application to register a birth or marriage in Germany
- name declarations
Appointments for notarizations of an acknowledgement of paternity or for a certificate of inheritance can only be scheduled by email. Please contact the legal department at rk@wiln.diplo.de .
Please note that the following languages are spoken at the embassy: German, Lithuanian, Russian and English. If you are not able to communicate in one of these languages, make sure to bring an interpreter with you.
Čia galite registruotis priėmimui pateikti prašymą vokiškam asmens dokumentui (biometrinis pasas, laikinas pasas, vaiko pasas, asmens tapatybės kortelė) gauti.
Pareiškėjas turi atvykti į ambasadą asmeniškai.
Skubiai atvejais ir pametus asmens dokumentą, prašome kreiptis tiesiogiai el.laišku rk@wiln.diplo.de ir nurodyti Jūsų pilną vardą, pavardę, gimimo datą, deklaruotą gyvenamą vietą, telefono numerį ir suplanuotą kelionės datą. Ambasada susisieks su Jumis nedelsiant darbo valandomis. Asmens dokumento išdavimas nedarbo metu galimas tik išimtiniais atvejais.
Here you can book an appointment to apply for a German identity document (bioemtric passport, temporary passport, children passport, identity card).
Applicants have to come to the embassy in person.
In emergency cases or if you have lost your identity document, contact the embassy by email: rk@wiln.diplo.de . Please submit your full name, date of birth, place of residence, phone number and intended date of travel. The embassy will contact you during our regular business hours. Please note that identity documents can only be issued during business hours.
