This app allows you to arrange appointments for yourself or another person at one of the Federal Republic of Germany’s missions abroad to apply for a visa or use other consular services.

Use of the app is free of charge.

If no dates are available on the app, it means that all appointments are booked for the foreseeable future. The mission will release new appointments at regular intervals.

In using the app, you undertake to provide full and correct information. If you are unable to attend an appointment you have booked, please cancel it in good time.

The deliberate use of false information, the booking of appointments you do not intend to keep and similar improper use of the app, as well as repeated no-shows for booked appointments on inadequate grounds, may lead to your booking being cancelled by the mission and also to you being barred (possibly permanently) from using the programme.

By continuing to use the app, you are declaring that you will use the appointment booking system solely in keeping with these regulations.

If you make an appointment to apply for a visa for family reunification with a beneficiary of protection or register on a list for such an appointment, the information provided may be passed on to the International Organization for Migration (IOM). The IOM establishes initial contact with you on behalf of the Federal Foreign Office and assists you in preparing your application. The passing on of your data to the IOM constitutes a transfer of personal data to an international organisation as defined under Art. 44 et seq. of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Under Art. 49 (1) (d) and (4) of the GDPR, the transfer is permissible in order to protect important reasons of public interest.
