Dear Sir or Madam,

On the next page you can register on the waiting list for appointments to apply for a Schengen visa.

Please note that appointment registration is only possible after prior payment of a booking fee via the external service provider Visametric. The booking fee will be refunded to you when you submit your application. The necessary instructions for payment of the booking fee can be found on the website of the external service provider Visametric.

After successful registration, you will shortly receive an email confirming your entry on the waiting list.

Please also check your spam / junk folder. The setting in the junk / spam folder should therefore not immediately destroy mails received there.

You will receive a notification with the exact data for your application date in a separate email from the external service provider Visametric at a later stage. Due to the high demand, no information can be given regarding the waiting time. Please note that visa applications are only submitted to the external service provider Visametric. You can find the exact address details here.

Please make sure that you personally have access to the e-mail address given in the waiting list and that this e-mail address exists until the appointment is made. If you change your e-mail address after registering on the waiting list, you will unfortunately have to cancel your existing entry and register again. Make sure that the e-mail address is entered correctly, otherwise you will not receive a confirmation e-mail about the registration and then no notification about the appointment!

It is essential that you enter your data correctly in the waiting list, as admission to the appointment will only be granted if the name and passport data match exactly.

لطفاً توجه فرمایید که ثبت نوبت مصاحبه تنها پس از انجام تسویه صورت حسابِ رزرو نوبت از طریق شرکت خدمات‌رسان ویزامتریک امکان‌‎پذیر خواهد بود. البته این مبلغ در زمان حضورتان برای ارائه‌ی درخواست روادید به شما عودت داده خواهد شد. نکات مهم درخصوص تسویه‌ی صورت‌حسابِ رزرو نوبت را در وب‌سایت شرکت خدمات‌رسان ویزامتریک (Webseite des Dienstleisters Visametric) مطالعه فرمایید.

پس از مدت کوتاهی و درصورتی که ثبت‌نام شما با موفقیت انجام گرفته باشد، یک ایمیل تأییدیه درخصوص ثبت اسم‌تان در لیست انتظار دریافت خواهید نمود.

درصورت لزوم، لطفاً بخش spam/junk ایمیل خود را هم چک نمایید. قسمت spam/junk ایمیل خود را بدین صورت تنظیم کنید که ایمیل‌های دریافتی شما در این قسمت فوراً از بین نروند.

سپس تاریخ و ساعت دقیق نوبت نهایی ارائه درخواست خود را از طریق یک ایمیل جداگانه از سوی شرکت خدمات‌رسان ویزامتریک دریافت خواهید کرد. به دلیل حجم بالای تقاضا نمی‌توان در خصوص مدت زمان انتظار اعلام نظر کرد. لطفاً توجه داشته باشید که ارائه‌ی درخواست روادید تنها نزد شرکت خدمات‌رسان ویزامتریک انجام خواهد گرفت. آدرس دقیق را در این لینکhier  مطالعه فرمایید.

لطفاً از دسترسی خود به آدرس ایمیلی که تأییدیه‌ی ثبت‌نام شما در لیست انتظار به آن آدرس ارسال می‌گردد و اینکه تا روز مصاحبه هم به آن آدرس دسترسی خواهید داشت، اطمینان حاصل فرمایید. چنانچه ایمیل خود را پس از ثبت‌نام در لیستِ انتظار تغییر بدهید، متأسفانه مجبور خواهید شد اطلاعات ثبت‌نامی خود را ابطال کرده و از نو برای ثبت‌نام اقدام نمایید. دقت فرمایید که آدرس ایمیل‌تان را صحیح وارد کنید، درغیر این‌صورت هیچ ایمیل تأییدی در ارتباط با ثبت‌نام خود و متعاقباً هیچ پیامی درخصوص زمان مصاحبه دریافت نخواهید کرد!

شما باید اطلاعات خود را درست و بدون غلط املایی در فهرست انتظار وارد نمایید، چرا که ورود شما برای انجام مصاحبه تنها بر اساس تطابق دقیق اسم و اطلاعات مندرج در گذرنامه‌تان امکان‌پذیر خواهد بود.
